'95 CamAerobodied Z28 on ebay (real C8?)

There's a high mileage CamAerobodied Z28 on ebay right now. I thought it was a C8 at first because the Honker and strut tower brace fooled me, but the only Callaway parts I see are...
-the Honker air intake
-the CamAerobody (one installed in the last decade based on the silver mesh--Commemorative C8 style)
-2002 Commemorative C8 wheels
-the Hotchkis strut tower brace
-wood accent kit

The description on this ad sucks. It's just specs copy and pasted off a website concerning a real C8 and isn't specific to what this car has. :sleep
Looks like a decent car to get if you need an aerobody, though it looks like it has been tapped by another car. The grill and fogs are all messed up.
I emailed Joanne the VIN # and she says it's a real C8, but the engine doesn't look like a SNAT to me. See that big ugly black box on top of the intake? That's indicative of traction control. It was a fairly uncommon option in '95 and only appeared on around 4000 Camaros.
Lots of rusty bolts on this guy and some wires and such appear to have been relocated or eliminated I think. The passenger side wheel hump is missing some stuff or it has been spray painted black to hide it.
Could be a good car, but needs help.
